We reserve the right not to accept a booking/s. Booking fee applies on all bookings.

Length of Stay

Minimum 2 nights stay
Stays of 7+ nights automatically receive a 10% discount. Stays of 28+ nights automatically receive a 15% discount.

Booking fee and Bond

All bookings require a refundable bond of $100.00. This is to cover any damage during your stay and is otherwise fully refunded.

Payments are processed through the secure Stripe Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for payments are done so on the Stripe system. No credit card information is stored by us and Payment Express protects personal information –a minimum –to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI-DSS”)”

Cancellations

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your stay, we need to be advised as soon as practical. Cancellations 15 days prior to your stay attract 10% fee. However cancellations after this time, up until 7 days prior attract a fee of 50% and any after this time 100% of the total cost of your stay. We ask that all cancellations be made personally via email or text.

Cancellation by Owner

Should we cancel the booking due to YOUR non-payment, or if any of your payments fail to reach us by their due date, we have the right to cancel the booking with or without providing you with notice. Under these circumstances our standard cancellation charges (as above) will apply.

If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the property becomes unavailable or unfit for use, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your money in full.

Accidents, breakages & stains

We accept that ‘things’ happen, however we do ask that you treat the Pool House as you would your own home. In the unlikely event that something does get lost, damaged, broken or stained, please let us know as reimbursement maybe required. We take no responsibility for damage or loss to your person, property or items.

Cleaning

We do include a cleaning charge via our booking fee, however if in the event that cleaning is needed over and above reasonable cleanliness of occupation this will attract a fee relative to the condition the pool house is left in.
